It's pretty apparent that LeBron lost game 3 on purpose

They don't need the rest. This gives them a scrimmage on Thursday to work through some things to prep for Golden State and still have 6 days off.

It was a great plan.

His plan was to get 4 fouls. Rest the first half to be rested for the second half

He needed the rest....

They will make work of Boston as you say and get the rest for a week.

I have already placed my bet on Cleveland in 6 and I am not nearly as confident as I was. Golden State, and mainly Curry and Durant, are playing incredible flawless ball offensively right now.

Durant is playing elite level along with Curry.

What a finals it will be. Lebron will be playing for GOAT status in that series as it will take that type effort to accomplish that feat.

Don't sell Love short as he has been playing very well lately.

Durant wouldn't be playing like that if Kawhi was guarding him.

There is no Kawhi on the Cavs team.

I agree, but for Cleveland to win they will need massive production again from their big 3.

Tonight Lebron, Love, and Irving all combined for 93 points.

THAT IS ABSURD. Their bench needs to start being productive again or Lebron, Irving, and Love will have to produce the same type numbers in every victory they have against Golden State. I do not see the Cavs stopping GS from scoring in the 110-120 range. Lebron, as I said, will be playing and operating in God mode GOAT mode, whatever you wish to call it to take this series.

If he accomplishes that feat it will very difficult to argue that he isn't the greatest of all-time. Very difficult regardless of his short-comings in many people's minds.

Lebron could win the next 5 championships to finish his career, and the same people would still claim that he isn't the GOAT.

He'd still have four losses is what I'd imagine they'd say.

He has the losses and he couldn't win on his own like Jordan so the wins don't even really count.

Jordan beat 73 win teams on his own?

I think Jordan is goat but when did he win a finals as an underdog?

Or:

He played in the weak east when ask the good teams were in the West. MJ had to go through Ewing and the Magic with Shaq and Penny and a couple of Birds' Celtics teams

Lebron lost to pistons and Celtics in playoffs and both won championships
