ISU Assistant Coach Torrey Ward

Assistant mens basketball coach at Illinois State died in a plane crash on his way back from the National Championship game.
Torrey Ward played and coached at UAB prior to coming to ISU. Also spent time at Ole Miss.
Another fatality was the part owner of the Pub II. Great bar near Illinois State's campus. ISU also lost an associate AD.

ISU hosted a press conference today. Video clips are posted at the link below. One player, head coach Dan Muller, and athletic director Larry Lyons speak. Heartbreaking seeing grown men cry.
Dan Muller was invited to go on the trip, but had prior commitments. Tough to watch.
