Is there any chance David Blatt gets fired this off season?

I am not saying this is a result of potentially losing this series. But he was hired before Lebron returned to Cleveland.

There has been numerous stories throughout the season about friction between Lebron and Blatt.

I don't think he will be fired, but I can't rule it out.

Pretty sure LeBron shot down that chatter.

LeBron is the GM

It's a toss up but factor in Love & Irving not being around to ease some pressure

ETA Love might be gone

The Cavs are missing Kyrie and Love yet are only down 3-2 and every game but one has been close.

If they fire Blatt they are morons. Anyone that thinks he should be fired is a moron. Blatt is out coaching Kerr by a quite a bit b/c this shite shoud have already been over after game 4. He's had the Warriors playing the Cavs game almost the entire series. Contrary to popular belief there is more than just LeBron doing things for this squad.

Yes by a large margin, but Blatt has been sensational in these playoffs

Remains to be seen in the long run.

you think that was Blatt's idea. If Blatt keeps his job, they are all morons, including Lebron.

Honestly, I think Blatt's done a hell of a job with this team.

Balancing a superstar like James, Love and Kyrie all season, then overcoming what they have with a bunch of role players in the playoffs is no doubt a group effort, but Blatt has to get praise for the job he's done.

Everyone said that it would take a year for the team to gel, this isn't even their year.

When they get everyone healthy next year, and they can limit James' minutes again even more during the regular season then they will really have something. Especially if Love can embrace his role as a shooter and rebounder even more.

It's impossible to take the guy seriously though.

He looks 1/2 retarded and gives about that kind of interview. It's no wonder LeBron completely ignores him most of the time.

He just doesn't care about the media. I can't fault him for that. When there's an opportunity the media comes with their pitchforks and torches though.

Lebron doesn't like most coaches from what I've seen.
