Since Brees’ statements on protest I keep thinking about him telling his boys “you can accomplish anything if you work for it”. I remember when he said it, I wondered if I could whole heartedly tell @Jclark21_ that as a young black man in America & mean it. Maybe, 1 day!

Jclark21 (Jordan Clark) is his son who plays DB at Arizona State. Likely NFL draft pick. Ryan is a millionaire and has a DB training program...I feel like I’m taking crazy pills.

A couple people have completely lost their minds during these times and he is one of them.

I get supporting the movement, but this is ridiculous

When someone like LeBron James is talking about "having it rough", it's pretty clear that the victim mentality has been ingrained into the black community.

You have literal millionaires talking about how awful their life is because of their skin color and people are buying into that narrative. It's absurd.

I'm a short, slow white guy. No matter how hard I worked I was never gonna be a professional athlete like I wanted to be. The idea that kids can be anything that they want to be is ridiculous.

Do you know Lebron's story dude. Homeless for most of his childhood, living out of a car, hell one time they lived out of a fricking u-haul. Try that for awhile and get back to me.

But a kid who grew up like that ended up being one of the richest men in this country because he could dribble and shoot a basketball really well. Try doing that in any other country on this planet. He had a tough childhood but he doesn’t have it tough anymore. At some point you have to stop playing the victim.

He's not playing the damn victim, what he is doing is SPEAKING out for victims like Mr. FLOYD. Is that so hard to comprehend??

What would you call this? He's also generalizing. LeBron is one of the most beloved people in America.

What more do people want? The guy was fired and arrested and will go to trial. If you want justice then the justice is in the process of taking place. Why doesn’t LeBron speak out for the black people Murdered by other black people. Why does he only speak up when it’s a white guy? It’s a problem not saying it isn’t and George Floyd didn’t deserve to die but all murder is a problem. Picking and choosing which ones to stand up against is splitting this country apart.

I call it using your platform. Is what he saying any more or less than Trump saying Make America Great AGAIN??? If Lebron was some janitor at a local elementary school, do you think his words would have an impact?

Because of WHO he is, HE GOT YOUR ATTENTION. Didn't he??
