Is Harden going to upgrade houses in Houston?

Spanning three stories, the 7,100 square feet of living space includes a library with custom built-ins, a center-island kitchen, four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Among the highlight amenities is a game room and a theater room. The master retreat sports a fireplace, a study, walk-in closets and a large soaking tub.
