Considering BOb had them mostly respectable I'd say they've regressed under Franklin.

He could've likely been in the SEC title game a couple times by now had he stayed at Vandy

Franklin is probably canned, but honestly, how much better could they do?

Penn State is never going to be elite.

If they owned DelMarVa and New Jersey recruiting like they used to they certainly would be.

Yeah but they don't.

Penn State is just another has-been program now.

Would probably do well there

Briles to Penn State, huh? LSU might get to him first. Tiger Rant is a little divided; some hate the idea, some love it.

It can be difficult losing one's moral high ground, but I trust the strongest of you will survive.

The division is murderer's row and that job is going to be toxic for at least another ten years.

Rutgers, Indiana and Maryland sure are some heavy hitters.

Lets not act like this is the Mississippi St. job going up against Bama, LSU, Arkansas, Auburn, A&M and with an in-state rival that has a better football history.

by the way Franklin had to leave Vandy, the rape situation was about to blow up his face and expose the recruiting violations.

What? No need to make things up. Franklin was a terrible hire IMO.

Les is gone and so is Franklin.

Penn State will sign Les Miles and Les will breathe life into State College.
He will compete for championships.

I could see them getting it back. Those states are all adjacent to Pennsylvania. The right coach could get those pipelines rolling again. It's not like they're Nebraska in the middle of nowhere. Pennsylvania also has great football talent. Now if you'll excuse me I have to go wash my hands after typing that.
