In your opinion: Worst jobs in D-1A college football?

Just curious....
1. E. Michigan: Terrible school, the city sucks, non-existent support (they've discussed being demoted to 1AA several times in the past due to low attendance), and stuck in the shadows of UMich.
2. Indiana: Pretty self-explanatory,although they've done some work to their stadium. Just doesn't ever seem like a place that can ever sustain any form of success.
I could go on, but I'll think some more
