Exactly, that sugar cane don't harvest itself. I drove by a group of around 50 spanish speaking workers this morning getting their marching orders as the tractors were out cutting the cane.

Although I'm not a beer drinker, I had an opportunity to tour Bayou Teche's brewing facility 2 years ago. They have a quaint, yet nice operation and appear to understand their niche. Always good to see local businesses doing well.
