If somehow the Cavs win the series

But if somehow they did, would there have to be an asterisk of sorts beside it?
I know GSW wouldn't have necessarily won with Green, and could've possibly won without him, but feels like Lebron and the NBA teamed up to sort of rob them of a truly fair shot in this game.
And there is no way the possibility of an extra game (read: more money for the league) didn't play a part in that decision.
(Note that the Warriors have also been the beneficiaries of this when Green wasn't suspended after a 5x worse offense in game 3 of the OKC series. They squandered the opportunity and lost game 4.)

Green's inability to stop hitting people in the dick robbed Golden State from a "fair" shot. He was suspended on account of him being a dirty player multiple times this playoffs and accumulating enough flagrant fouls to have to sit a game.
It is actually very difficult to accumulate so many flagrant fouls unless you're just an a-hole on the court.
ETA: I gave you a sympathy upvote because I feel like this hasn't gone very well for you so far...

Draymond Green did not get suspended for this one act. He is a chronic idiot which led to the suspension. What he did absolutely warranted some actions. Had he not been an idiot the times before it wouldn't have been that big of a deal.
It is like saying if a player ever fouls out at the end of a close game that the game should get an asterisk.
