8.5 sacks, 40 tackles, and 1 FF. Not bad for a down year.

I watched five Houston games this year and he hasn't done anything to help his team this year.

As long as he's happy being the best player on the worst team in the league, I guess it's fine with me.

So, he's only averaging 1 sack per game?

Totally overrated.

Averaging one sack per game in the worst division in the NFL.

So that equates to around .4 sacks per game if you stack him against actual competition that isn't the AFC South.

Playing 3-4 DE too. People always seem to forget that it's usually a position that collects few stats because the entire purpose is to eat space between the tackle and the guard. Watt is so good that he eats space and racks up stats.

More than half of his sacks have been against the Titans and Dolphins.

Don't act like those count as actual contenders.

So we should just take them away because of the competition? Well shite, I sure hope the people who vote for offensive and defensive MVP know that's how you're supposed to do it.

Well...

he's #1 in tackles with 40.

tied for #2 in sacks with 8.5

And that's with him being played a little differently than most players.
