No one, including yourself, said that. We're talking about high school kids.

Show me a high school team that landed 5 players in the NBA straight from high school.

You could take the top 5 GOAT basketball players in the history of man, and use their high school versions, and I still doubt you could beat the 76'rs.

Yea I think I would agree. This would be competitive though. HS LeBron, Garnett, Kobe, and 2 others.. Would be competitive but likely still lose.

Exactly why LBJ's high school team could have seriously beat Cleveland before he went there. That team was atrocious and LeBron would have been by far the best player on the court

Those guys you listed were pretty damn good as soon as they stepped foot on an NBA floor. I would take them over a 2002/2003 Cleveland or 2013/2014 76ers team any day

Because you're talking about 5 teenagers (3 of which, most likely, are shite) beating 5 NBA professionals with NBA coaches. There is no way. Could the couple of high school studs score some points? Sure. Could they collectively stop the NBA players? Not a chance. They would find a weakness and exploit it to the max. You're only thinking about offense. Think about the high school team playing defense against NBA players with NBA coaches.

Big Z was a 7 footer who could shoot. WHO THE frick ON LEBRONS HS TEAM IS GOING TO STOP HIM?

Yep, that's what I'm saying. What you morons aren't comprehending is that I'm not saying the teams would be even, or go toe to toe. Most of the time the NBA team would slaughter. And if you'll use math, in the sentence I said originally I gave the HS team a 2% chance btw (1 out of 50).

This is BASKETBALL. It involves shooting a ball in a hoop. Have any of yall ever played basketball? Sometimes you get hot and you can't frickin miss. Sometimes you go cold and can't hit a shot to save your life. Are yall telling me it is literally impossible that in a 1 time scenario it is NOT POSSIBLE for a team of players likely just a few years younger to win? Keep in mind, we aren't blocking and tackling. We're passing and shooting.

yeah but their other players weren't good enough... St. Vincent St. Mary had a state level team, but not a national level team outside of LeBron

now if you had Oak Hill Academy or Findlay Prep and added senior year LeBron?

That is exactly what you're saying, numbnuts. Beating an NBA team 1 out of 50 times is still beating an NBA team. You understand that don't you?

I'm saying there is no way a high school team, even with Lebron, is going to stop the worst NBA team. The high school team will not be able to defend the NBA team. Too much garbage on any high school team, even the best high school team.

I said, exactly, they could get hot and win "1 or 2 times out of 50" against one of the worst NBA teams in recent memory. What is so stupid about that?
All of it.

They would lose every single game by an obscene amount of points.

No dude. We get it.

YES. It is literally impossible. You have no idea what you are talking about.

If they played 50 times, the high school team would lose by 50+ each time. Your 1 or 2 game hot streak scenario might allow them to lose by 40 1 or 2 games.

They would probably be favorites, but I don't think it's inconceivable that they might drop a game in the tournament.

I am still trying to wrap my head around the fact that someone said that Lebron's high school team could beat an NBA team. I just can't fathom that someone actually said that and fricking believes it.

You do realize when that St Vincent team was on defense, the Cavs would score at will in the paint right?

They'd probably shoot 70% from the field and also outrebound the other team by a 3 to 1 margin, or just something ridiculous numbers.

HOw well lebron played on offense would be completely irrelevant, unless you think high School Lebron could score 100 points against the Cavs.

YOU'RE WRONG. THEY ARE AN NBA TEAM.

Everyone has taken my sentence and gotten off of the topic in the OP. Getting back to the topic at hand, the 76ers very well could win the NCAAT this year but it is far from a given.

I bet you also think the best high school baseball team in the country wouldn't go 0-162 if they played an MLB season.

Hint: They would.
