How does TBS plan to do this?

5:00 pm Cubs vs. Cardinals
7:30 pm Dodgers vs. Mets

that's 2 1/2 hours, if Cubs/Cardinals isn't a quick game then Dodgers/Mets will likely air on TNT or MLB Network or something.

normally baseball has 3 - 3 1/2 hour window.

weird. Cubs is 2.5 hour window, Dodgers is 3.5

MLB does a shitty job w/its playoff structure.

at this point day games for the playoffs is just them being stubborn.

They're all on Central/Eastern Time Zones, can't really start Mets at 8:30 Central which is 9:30 PM NY time

you can start them at 6-7est just like the NBA and NHL do.

there is really no good reason for them to do it this way other than to appease a bunch of old farts who don't want anything to ever change.
