He hasn't really ever won anything and in 8 seasons he has 2 years where he had a winning record. You guys joke about jeff fisher but at least he's been to the super bowl and has 6 seasons of 10+ wins, rex only has 1 of those. Any chance the bills can him this year? He was just up 14 points late in the 3rd and the raiders scored 28 unanswered on his guys to win.

its been 8 years of mediocrity, what exactly does he bring to the table to stay in the NFL so long?

I'm not saying he's a great coach, but he's only been hired twice.

The NFL does this all the time. They just rehire the same group of coaches over and over.

I mean half of the teams in the NFL just recycle shitty coaches from one place to another. Same thing in MLB

The Bills have to take retread coaches needing a chance or gamble on a trendy coordinator. No one really wants to come to Buffalo.

No playoffs since 1999. Its fricking insane.

I'm 90% certain He has more playoff wins than the Texans do as a franchise.
