How does Bob Stoops still have a job?

Oklahoma IMO is a top 5-10 job. They could probably get any big name they wanted if the job opened up. The guy hasn't legitimately sniffed a title in almost 8 years now and loses just about EVERY big game they play in.

They win their conference almost every year and win 10 games a year
