He had a horrible game two. 7/17 with 7 turnovers. He got 20 FTAs to get to 35 pts. That's a bad

+8 assists which is low this season. Not "horrible", but he could certainly be more efficient. Getting to the FT line is an asset.... not an exception that should be excluded from his credit line.

That's why I qualified it by saying it was a bad game for him.

In no world is your best guy scoring 35 shooting a 67 TS% and 50% EFG% bad. None

Im sorry harden isnt 100%. At his best he could win one or two and with some help from a hot team mate or two, one or two more.

Spurs, solid.

Looking back he really should have sat out the last week or so to get better

It would've been insane news, but I wondered if they were going to sit him intentionally. After the first couple of games given how awful people saw OKC was, I would have seriously thought about it.

I think only three of the ESPN NBA guys picked Rox. The rest have Spurs in 6 or 7

I am curious to why you think that. Kawhi cannot guard everyone.

Well he only needs to guard Harden. Rockets don't exactly have a bunch of play makers outside of him. It's a bad matchup because the Rockets don't have anybody that can defend Kawhi and likely will struggle to defend LA. LA has some advantages down there in this series that he didn't in the Memphis series. Marc kinda limited him but the Rockets don't have that kind of an interior defender.

I'd imagine that Green gets the assignment most of the game, with Kawhi only guarding Harden in clutch time.

I'm trying to figure out how Ryan Anderson fits into this series. Does he really going to be out there trying to guard Lamarcus and David Lee?

If Anderson is shooting like he did last series I cannot imagine him being able to play much. He will get Kanter'ed

It really blows that dekker is just now coming back

Eric Gordon is the only other guy that can really create. Beverly can make some things happen he's not great. That being said the Spurs team defense will be tested this series. The Rocket's system force you to take away the PnR or give those spaced guys open threes. Gonna be interested to see how Pop decides to defend and how he will change his coverages up.
