Also, Matt Hammill injuried a knee and had to pull out of his fight with Vera. Soszynski will fill in to fight Vera at 102.

Its cards like this that make me think they should go ahead and add the 145 WEC weight division to UFC. No title fights on a card is complete bullshite.

Just not practical. I doubt a 145 champ has enough drawing power to headline a UFC ppv. Heck if it were not for BJ Penn, the LW division wouldn't have enough drawing power to headline a ppv.

I know you are talking about the average viewer, but there are quite a few 145 and 155 pound fighters I like to watch. Seems like UFC is moving away from the Shitty PPV card = equals free on Spike as of late.

it has to be a shitty PPV card and in europe to be free usually. Shitty in dallas or Portland is just SOL for us.

What makes a card for me is a title fight. Even if at a lower weight. When a card doesn't have one, it can be stacked to the gills otherwise and I'll still feel like it is lacking. Just me I guess. When was the last card UFC did for free?

105 will be in England and likely co-headlined by Bisping and Dan Hardy against a couple of scrubs.
