Lamar Jackson vs Jake Browning. Deshaun Watson hasn't had a great season, JT Barrett has stunk 3 weeks in a row, Fournette has missed too many games. At this point everyone else is playing for 3rd

I agree. Most other years Browning would be the heavy favorite with his numbers but not this year

He won't have the numbers at the end of the season and it's hard to win the heisman when you miss multiple games

Yes, but if the people in front of him put up a couple of stinkers, he's back in.

But if he does good the rest of the way and we beat BAMA and run the table it'll certainly be interesting. IMO

Lamar will get it of course.

But damn, I watched that Washington game...Jake Browning is one smart as hell QB who does everything perfect in the pocket.

He's in command of that team. Reminds me of Peterson's old QB, Kellen Moore - but with an arm and better feet.

Jake Browning has a 200.00 QB rating.

Think about that for a second.

200.00!

He could end up having the most efficient QB season in history.

Yes you can. He would have to go for 200 plus against Bama to even be in the discussion.

The "Deshaun Watson has struggled" narrative makes no sense to me.

Through 7 games, his yards, completions, and touchdowns are up. He hasn't run the ball much, but he's not carried it any less than he did through this point last season.

His interceptions are the same as last year, so maybe the spotlight is a little brighter on him?

I'm not suggesting he should be the favorite for the award by any means, but his receivers have killed him with drops. The Tigers already have more drops than they had all of last season through the national title game. Not to mention the fumble problems

Kam Pettway and LF7 have similar stats. So don't rule out KP for Heisman.

The comparison to his 2015 self is irrelevant to the 2016 Heisman race.

Could LF7 be invited to NY if he blows shite up the rest of the season? Possibly.

Does he stand any chance of winning? Nope.

It's crazy to think...

LF and CM won't even be invited to NY this year.

They were the favorites for a lot of last year and favorites coming into this year.

It's a one man race. It's Jacksons to lose.

I believe Fournette is he best player in college football, but it would be wrong to give him the Heisman after missing so much time.
