Another one bites the dust

University of Hawai'i Athletics Director David Matlin announced today that head football coach Norm Chow has been relieved of his duties, effective immediately. Chris Naeole will serve as the interim head coach for the remainder of the 2015 season.

Ken Niumatalolo DGAF spelling is the only guy that could save them and there's no way he would leave Navy.

On that same line if GT fires Paul Johnson (won't happen) he might be a good get.

I'd have to imagine their travel expenses absolutely kills their budget.

Jones caught lightening in bottle there. It is quite possibly the single most difficult school to win at in the FBS level.

Compounded by the fact that Hawaii is basically dirt poor.

They should just hire Timmy Chang. He is coaching now. Why not take a chance?

Hawaii kinda missed their chance by not capitalizing on the momentum they gained during the Chang years, followed by conference realignment mania. they'll be forgotten. I'd bet they'll be the next program to give up football

Yep. You have to commit before you can go on an official visit to Hawaii
