Having "seizures" for fake injuries in games

2 times in 2 days I've seen guys on the ground convulsing over a broken wrist that ends up not being broken. I broke my wrist in high school during a bball game and kept playing till I noticed the swelling was crazy.
Now every time i see players convulsing and having seizures over a non broken wrist it bothers me.
