Also it depends on when you play Black Bear
This is the case with most I suppose. Or how you are playing that day. Now that I dont play very much it seems they are getting a smidge tougher.

That's what I figured.

I knew it couldn't be the one down here.

I have played Oakbourne quite a bit with golfers much better than me, and I see alot of people not play that well there. So it made my list. I love it, especially in the summer, but it eats me up.

This. Everyone says Oakbourne is short and easy until they are forced to legitimately keep stroke by stroke score with a decent wager on the line.

Short game better be tight.

UClub is long and greens are absolutely unforgiving. When it is really fast, they are almost unplayable. Friend of a friend played Augusta National this year after being a vendor during the tournament and he said UClub greens were tougher.

Most of the time they don't play tournaments from the true 'tips'

I'm talking about Bossier Stonebridge.
What is it seventeen with that little island like green? Yeah, I have nightmares. Stood on that tee three over next to last time I played it, a good round for me. I left the green 10 over.

Yes, a 10. I hit in water twice, in bunker on 5, bellied wedge into water, drop 7 on green in 8, missed a three footer for a 9....

it is tough off the tee for me, and you are exactly right you need a short game.

There is a set of cigar chomping little knockers there that will take all your money everyday, earning every dollar by the greens. You could at least take your cigar out while you chip to 6 inches. Walk up with 24 feet for birdie, they are off the green, leave with a three jack and shakin hands, owing money. I cant hang with em.

Toughest course from tips is probably ccla or TPC

Some of the par 3's from the tips are impossible to hold at UClub. Just impossible.

73. I was a member for about 3 years until I moved to Le triomphe. Le triomphe is not as hard as Oakbourne.

No doubt LT is a more modern course, better birdie opportunities with open fairways and some gettable 5s. A 73 from the tips at Oakbourne is pretty salty. Hard to dodge that card-killing double. Hell, I had 4 birdies and shot a 76 the other day...

I played the monday pro-am, it wouldn't even rank in the top 20 hardest courses I've played. Belle terre is harder than tpc for me.

I grew up playing Belle Terre. If this is a serious post, you aren't a very serious golfer. Tipped out, TPC is several strokes more difficult than Belle Terre. Exactly what about Belle Terre is difficult for you? It's short, really generous off the tee, and has flat greens with little undulation.

It's been a good while since I've played Atchafalaya, but aren't the tips there around 8k yards? We played from the tips and the shortest par 3 was around 215. IMO definitely tougher than TPC from the tips.

It was a joke dude.

However, I do find a way to find every OB that belle terre has to offer. I just never play well out there, and my scores at TPC are considerably lower than at Belle Terre.

Tpc is obviously more difficult, but for some reason I shite the bed at Belle terre.

Koasati Pines

Birdies are few on the back. Protected greens on shorter holes
Tips are a freakin bitch
