Lahiri has played so well for his first 16 holes both days. He finished bogey, bogey in Rd 1, and with a double yesterday.
Thomas appears to own this course. Won last year and is playing great again. Ryan Moore plays well there too.

Lahiri takes a 4 shot lead into 4th round. Thomas shoots a 71 which is tied for the worst round among the top 30 players in the event.
I guess that python on #2 really spooked him. Bogeyed that hole and needed to birdie the last 5 holes just to card that 71.

Thomas shoots 8 under defends his title by 3 shots. Lahiri blew up on the 3rd hole like you said. Matsuyama finished 2nd behind Thomas
