Giancarlo Stanton being completely ignored for NL MVP

It feels like no one is talking about the year this guy is having this year. Could you imagine how bad the Marlins would be without him? He has no one to protect him in that lineup and still putting up these stats so far:

.956 OPS
88 Runs
37 Homers
105 Rbis
11 SBs
He may end up going 100/42/120 before the year ends.
I realize Kershaw is having a historical year, but he will be given the Cy Young in reward for his efforts. Stanton plays everyday for a terrible team and made them competitive. How can anyone be more valuable than that?
What say you MSB?
