And I don't know if he's ready to it yet, because it would definitely kill any chance he has of ever playing in the MLB again--even if he won, it would be dragged out until he's past his prime, if he's not already--but surely he has a great case against MLB for collusion, and I would expect him to eventually sue them for it, no? I've assumed the only reason he hasn't yet is because he's holding out hope somebody signs him, but at some point that dream is over.
Unless I'm missing something legally that for whatever reason this wouldn't qualify for. Maybe hard to prove, but there's no way 30 billionaires independently decided to not sign one of the best pitchers on the planet to help their billion dollar investments.

Just to clarify, the woman being accused of fraud is a different woman. The woman who claimed he beat her up during sex was named Lindsay Hill.
Y'all that think someone is going to sign Bauer are crazy. I'm not saying it's right, but you know it's not going to happen. Additionally, I've heard the sports radio guys in Houston asked about him and they refuse to give any details, but say they have heard there is more that hasn't come out yet and that no team will touch him.
I obviously don't know...just saying what I've heard and being realistic about what the MLB teams will do.

He has a BDSM kink. That's not the same as abuse. Multiple women have now been found to have been lying about their encounters with him, including the original bitch who flat out admitted to her friend that she was trying to extort him. Also, it's very convenient how all of these only came out after he signed that big deal with the Dodgers.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that every one of these claims are bullshite looking to get money out of him and the league is just fine with it because he exposed the spider tack problem (which is the real reason no one has signed him).
