I love this game...
FSU 48 - BC 34
Arizona 42 - BC 19
Wazzou 24 - Arizona 17
Auburn 31 - Wazzou 24

so it should be a close game, right?

quote:

Texas A&M 42 - Alabama 49
Texas A&M 41 - Auburn 45
Auburn 34 - Alabama 28
Texas A&M 52 - Duke 48
FSU 45 - Duke 7

Clemson 38 - Georgia 35
Clemson 17 - SCAR 31
FSU 51 - Clemson 14

Ha, right, no use playing the game. I think we can all agree that is the best way to play games, since:

NDSU 21 - Kansas St. 21
Kansas St. 31 - Michigan 14
Michgian 41 - Notre Dame 30
Notre Dame 17 - Michigan St. 13
Michigan St 24 - Stanford 20
Stanford 26 - Oregon 20

So NDSU would have won the Rose Bowl. Easily.

You are a step removed. Texas a&m and FSU have a common opponent. FSU and Wazzou do not. If BC played Wazzou, your analogy would make sense.

You could have said that instead of looking dumb by making a poor analogy. Just like the other reasoning wizard that posted a 5 transition example.

I'm just trying to prepare you for what's going to happen tonight. Just being in the SEC isn't gonna cut it this year.

I think his was a satire of the entire idea of comparisons of common opponents. We are prepared. Are you? I don't think so. Wishful thinking only sets you up for disappointment.

Honestly man, FSU may win tonight, but it will not be because of some common opponent bullshite you posted earlier. That shite only works in junior pro basketball.

SEC! SEC! SEC!

IMO, it only helps the SEC in the future to keep winning the NC. Next year when the committee is trying to decide on that 4th team, a one-loss SEC team could get the nod over a Big 12 or Big Ten champ because of past dominance. Especially if they were to win it this year, in somewhat of a "down year" for the SEC.

I just cannot see myself pulling for that Big Fake arse smile of Jameis Winston....ESPN has force fed us to him the same way they did (s)Cam Newton, and the way they come across on TV is eerily similar! War Damn Eagle!

the sec was left out of the n.c. discussion until the bcs is b/c the press of the north, east and west wanted their teams and no southern teams.

the sec designed the bcs to make the playing field more even.

and then, look what happened.

the design of the committee is to make the playing field uneven, again. there will probably never be a one-loss sec team in the final four!

to get in the final four, sec team has to be undefeated.

imagine, ohio, flst, ore and niu!!!

NO strength of schedule!

An sec champ wont be left out unless they have 2 losses and there is an undefeated acc, big 12, big ten, and pac 12 team. Which never happens
