Les Miles has owned Auburn the last several years and yet I still root for LSU when they're not playing Auburn and look forward to playing them each year. My dislike of FSU has nothing to do with the January loss

I think the program is trash and have no respect for them at this point. In the grand scheme of things does my opinion matter? Likely not but its how I feel and I dont feel bad about it

Disgusting. I mean who the frick actually eats at Joe's crab shack?

In Louisville no less.

It is a good place to have a few drinks and watch the sunset on the river. But that's about it.

No. It almost makes sense to eat at a Joe's Crab Shack in Louisville. Almost. It would make less sense to eat at one where real seafood is readily available.

There's a lot better options for seafood than Joe's Crab Shack here.

But if I'm in Louisville and I'm from a coastal area, I'm not touching seafood.

To be fair, Tallahassee isn't really coastal. In geography or culture.

I'm going to go out on a big limb and say you can probably get better, fresher seafood even in Tallahassee.

I wouldn't be so sure. I'm from FL. Tallahassee bills itself as "the other Florida" and it's a pretty long way from the coast. They're not coastal and they want everyone to know they're not. There aren't many seafood restaurants in Tallahassee except Joe's CS type places.

The point is, JCS isn't using fresh seafood anyways.

Sounds like FSU held a practice at a public park and got mad at bystanders for taking pictures at a public park.

LINK

quote:

There was quarterback Jameis Winston. There was coach Jimbo Fisher. And there were Florida State staff members, sort of guarding the perimeter so they wouldn't be disturbed. A security guard asked me to step off the edge of the grass and onto the sidewalk, and I did.

Then I took out my phone to take a picture, and two FSU staff members started freaking out.

"No pictures!"

"Put that away!"

I calmly told them that this was a public park, and that anyone can take pictures at a public park. They told me they had reserved the field. I said that I wasn't trying to use the field they had reserved. I was just taking a picture of it.

They told me to talk to the police, and then pointed me toward a Waterfront Park staff member, who was clearly not a policeman. I explained my situation to him, and he understood. He just asked that I stay back from the practice, and that was reasonable.

Holy shite! What if a server or manager gives jameis some free crab legs as part of the joke??? LOL

Wouldn't do that, you might get beat down, I mean its not like they'd investigate a beating...oh wait they don't have the Tallahassee PD to cover it up, you'd probably be safe.
