The whole "UL" thing is completely ludicrous. What you UL Lafayette people don't understand is that adopting the moniker "UL" does nothing to legitimize you as a flagship university. The legislature could change the name tomorrow and your academics would still be complete horse shite. Athletically, trying to brand yourself as "UL" is a joke and a complete slap in the face to UL Monroe.
