@teamziller: If the Bulls' 2015-16 slogan isn't "WHY NOT HOIBERG?" I don't want to be a part of the NBA ecosystem any longer.

If memory serves, he's been contacted for several college jobs and has stayed loyal to ISU. But damn, the Bulls is a tough gig to turn down, it's not like they're a franchise in ruins. They are built to win now and the East isn't that great.

Smart move. I don't see how anyone could live in Iowa.

Team has talent but the front office is a royal mess.

Yea although management at the top is a little cray.

He hasnt really built ISU the classic way either, lot of Xfers which can be tough to maintain

Ames would suck.

Iowa City is the Athens of the Mid West.

I loved his earlier work, I heard he had a pill problem though.

As a Bulls fan I'm very happy. His offensive philosophy (pushing the ball) fits our players. He's young enough to connect with players but old enough they will respect him.

Smart move for him. The money is more than ISU can pay him and if he gets fired he still gets the money and he can get a job on tv or coaching or in the front office of an NBA team.
