Are you talking about Boston? I would say that their future is much brighter than Atlanta's.

Let me put it another way, I don't think Horford is taking less money (ie, leaving Atlanta) unless he has a chance to join a legit title contender. Warriors or Spurs would be a much more likely destination than Boston, IMO.
It's fun to dream on the C's future but the bulk of what they have value wise is tied up in future 1st round picks. That's not the type of thing that should sway a 30 year old free agent.
The Hawks are currently better than the Celtics, think that was made pretty clear about 6 weeks ago when they beat them rather easily in a playoff series. The Celtics have a nice collection of assets, sure, but Horford can't bank on that if he's trying to contend.

I'm not so sure Dwight's problems aren't system based. I haven't seen superstar work out of him since he got out of Stan Van Gundy's offense which saw him as the inside focus and had four sharpshooters to feed if they couldn't get him to the rim.
