Random tidbit of the day: #Browns OLB Barkevious Mingo bulked up to 260 pounds this offseason, up from 240. Make-or-break 2016, new coaches…

It's a shame he's playing for that dumpsterfire.

Their defense wasn't bad and he was a non-existent player for them. Huge disappointment. Sad.

He's a freak. I think he needs to be in the perfect system for it to work though.

I was told one of his big problems at LSU was he would go play pickup basketball at night after practice several times a week. He could run all day, but he would burn so many calories it didn't help his cause trying to gain weight.

I agree with your statement that it seems unlikely based on his past, I think he actually lost weight between 2011 and 2012 seasons but he also got injured in a car wreck that off season.

Even if he loses a little speed, it's a good thing that he is bulking up some. Hope he has a good year.

How tall is he? He's always seemed tall, and obviously thin for his position. He was one of my favorite Tigers when he was in college and I was always waiting for him to really break out, but he just always leaves something to be desired. With his athleticism, he should be making more noise on the field. Hope he can put everything together and start to shine.

Yeah, that makes for a very thin 240.

10 days of steroids you can add 8 pounds of muscle.

take 15 days off and do it a 2nd time.

Bingo. 20 pounds of muscle.

No idea how long it takes to get out of your system.
But its possible.
