When and why did you stop watching?

Normally this thread gets saved until the finals start

When they suspended Artest for sucker punching that fan. Should have been allowed IMO

I'll just cut this thread short and say Liberal Agenda

I stopped watching because baseball season, playoff hockey, NFL draft, PGA Tour golf. All better products in my opinion than a league where you know which two teams were going to be in the finals before the season even started. Haven't watched a second of the NBA playoffs. I'll pick it back up around game 5 of the NBA finals.

I hardly watch in the regular season. I'll watch bits in pieces in the playoffs until the conference finals. Then I'll watch the conference finals, usually.
To me, the hockey playoffs are so much more entertaining, especially in the earlier rounds. Since they are on at the exact same time, it makes it a bit harder.
And when there's an NBA series that I'm really interested in, it's usually because I have a rooting interest; and in that case I am normally too nervous to watch the whole games.

I stopped watching when Marbury and Francis were "top" players and started watching again when LBJ was drafted

I was stationed with Pop at the Air Force Academy in the '70s. Other than financially, he hasn't changed a hell of a lot since then.

I watch the NBA typically just to kill time before Inside the NBA comes on.
