Just for reference no team has EVER overcome even a 10 point halftime deficit in the superbowl.

The poweroutage changed this game. Period.

You severely overrate momentum.

He does't even understand what momentum is. The 49ers had to punt one play after they resumed.

I don't know if tainted is the right word, but anyone who thinks this game turns out this close without the power outage is full of shite.

Anyone who says this game wouldn't have already played out this way is equally as full of shite.

Awwwwwwwwww, you angry cause you recognized that you're full of shite?

LOL

Edited to add: Which coach do you think was happier with the delay? Do you honestly think they were BOTH ok with it? Why do you think the jokes started almost immediately on social media about how SF was responsible for the outage?

What i don't get about the folks who love the momentum cliche stuff is, wouldn't a true championship team not allow momentum to overcome them to the tune of blowing a 22 point lead?

Yeah, a coach is derelict for not keeping his team primed but the delay does make a difference. Or can make a difference. It's a huge momentum killer, potentially.

See, this is true but does not negate the effect the outage had.

If the Ravens keep shitting the bed like they have since the first SF TD, it's all on them...all on them.

But that doesn't mean the outage didn't allow SF to get that bit they needed to cool off (specifically Kapernick) and slow down the Ravens' progress. Sorry, but I just do not believe that SF comes back the same way without the extra time off to cool their heads.

If the Ravens don't respond once the momentum shifts, they obviously aren't champion material. But SF got a break and capitalized on it...and it's dumb to pretend that they didn't get a break, IMO.
