That didn’t seem like enough for an ejection - he was walking away after saying his piece. Refs are so damn soft across all sports.

So he can say that and you think it doesn't warrant an ejection?

I really wish a reporter would ask Draymond what his thoughts are on what would happen if his teammate Brandon Podziemski would have said the same exact thing Draymond did. The obvious answer is Podzeimski would probably be suspended for the remainder of the year and more games to start next year, at a minimum, and the public outrage over it might force him out of the league. He'd have to go to all kinds of counseling as well. But we'll just pretend like it's no big deal that Draymond said that b/c it's ok for him to say that.

If we are going to fine Kobe $100k for calling a ref a fagot, then let's fine Draymond's dumbass as well, even though that's too light of a sentence for what he said.

One group can say a phrase and face no repurcussion. Anyone else says the same phrase and they face extreme consequences. Does that not sound like privilege to you?

Are we ignoring he literally did absolutely nothing to get the first technical foul?

Draymond has a longer leash for yelling at refs than basically anyone in the NBA because he does it so often.

You have no idea what he said that earned the first tech. If it was anything like he normally says, I’m sure it was deserving.

they shoulda let him walk after last year,

It is hard to imagine a situation where Jordan Poole is the "good guy", but here we are. They kept Draymond and exiled Poole's arse to Washington.

The reaction seemed like someone thats tried to help and is just tired of it. Feel like stephs been a lot of the reason theyve kept green around and he knows hes either finally at or dangerously close to the point of not being able to do anything else to help him.

That and the weight of carrying the team got to him. They’re 1 game above Houston for the last play in spot so they cant afford to have any slip ups. Dray can’t stay out of trouble. Klay is washed. Wiggins numbers have dropped significantly.

Things are getting rough in San Francisco

you think steph has no sway with Kerr/front office? Because he likely could have gotten draymond out at some point.

Steph Curry is too loyal… Kobe and MJ and Lebron would have been gotten Draymond traded

It was a chicken shite call, let them play defense. The refs in their little fig grey shirts and slick haircuts are soft too

I HATE Draymond...but that was NOT a foul on him.

He wasn’t ejected for the foul. Every player gets bad calls, every game.

He got ejected for arguing and name calling. He blew his top like a tea pot, like he always does. He is a danger to the sport, proven over many years.

Somebody will get hurt via him and press will only then ask why he was allowed to play and get away with it.

Steph wanted to cry?

just imagine the time and effort he has invested into Green. The conversations they've had about doing right. Sticking up for him. etc etc.

Steph is fighting to get into the playoffs and he knows he needs Green.

I'd cry to if I was busting my arse and the same person constantly let me down.

I don't think MJ or Kobe could even reel in Green.

If you argue every bad call in basketball there would be no time left for the game.

"It just can't happen," Green said on "The Draymond Green Show" podcast Thursday. "I said what I said. I deserved to be kicked out at that point. If I'm all the way honest with y'all, kind of was trying to turn my body and angle it to go to the bench, but I said what I said a little too soon before angling my body. ... But, yeah, it just can't happen."

What a pile of shite.
Not sorry for calling the ref a pussy arse nagger, just sorry he didn't turn away from him so he didn't hear it.

And again, no acknowledgement from the media or the refs or himself on what he actually said, even though we all can clearly see what he said. No big deal.

It’s weird, because I feel like Draymond seems super normal when he’s on the NBA on TNT show. But man, he is a complete lunatic on the court.

agreed. he's never sounded like the idiot or terror he is off the court.

Suh from Nebraska was the same.

Nah, he's a piece of shite off the court too.

2016: Draymond arrested for punching Michigan State football player in the face at East Lansing restaurant

He had been out of college for awhile at this point.
