It probably has more to do with the fact that he's a billionaire. It's easier to hate rich people. Envy tends to add fuel to the fire of hate.

Why are the players suddenly so enraged? You're going to tell me they haven't been aware of the guys history?

And the coaches were aware too...Doc Rivers knew DS had a bad rep, but all Doc saw was CP3, Blake & Jordan, and a shot at a championship...That made it easy for him to take that job despite knowing Sterling's rep.

Doc acted fake shocked & hurt when DS's private convo came out...I'm glad Jason Whitlock called Doc out for being the greedy 2-faced person that he is.

I could see a lot of players being moderately ignorant of how awful Sterling is but Doc much less of an excuse considering how long he has been associated w/the NBA. Its not like he is some 25 year old doesn't know much past playing. That dude is a snake anyway though. He did the same shite to Boston when he signed his big extension only to pretend he didn't know the Celtics were going into rebuild mode.

How do you know Sterling had "no good reason". I wouldn't doubt it at all if Magic was involved on this leak.

One kills black people, one dislikes black people.

Seems equivalent to me

It's more a function of white people tripping all over themselves to seem progressive and open minded by piling on anyone we deem is racist.

Anyone that hates Sterling more should be asked if they would prefer to be called a derogatory name or to be murdered.

Did he actually use a derogatory word? Or did he just happen to verbalize an attitude that a whole lot of other white people share? The difference being that those people don't get caught on tape expressing it and nobody even thinks about hating them?
