VT is better than last year and OSU is missing some of their top teams. They also now get them at home instead of on the road.
I can't give you a list of reasons why it will happen as I'm not quite sure how it happened last year, but it did and that's why they play the games.

VT's QB getting hurt totally changed the game. Tech was right there with them till that happened. Now this new QB can do nothing.
