Does Todd Bowles ever speak on the sidelines?

I've watched two Jets games start to finish this year. Of all the times the camera was trained on Bowles during the game, I never once saw him open his mouth. I guess he really delegates to his assistants.

He's trained in the art of telepathy so there is no need to speak. It's a skill developed to outwit the Patriots. The headset is prop to make everything seem normal.
