Does anyone shoot competition skeet?

I love shooting skeet every time I go. I think it would be fun to get a little more serious and try to be competitive. I have no idea where to start. I have read the rules and they are confusing to me. I have never been to a gun club that puts on the competitions. Only shot around the hunting club.

I've been to a few competitions in NELA. I always thought I was a pretty good shot. Then I saw the guys that shoot competitively. They don't miss. I miss. I've only been to the gun club in Helice though.

Won 4 state titles and 7 tri-county area titles.
I reckon I've been skeetin since I was 13.

You gotta have the right equipment. I use a Berretta A400 Xcel right now. She does me right.

From my knowledge they have different classes. Advanced to beginner. I know I wouldn't be any more than a beginner at this point. Just thought it would be fun to start shooting for sport. Seems like a good hobby.

If you're in BR, go check out Hunters Run across the river. They host tournaments and stuff. It would be fun to compete, by I suck.
