I looked up ticket prices on a whim yesterday for the Atlanta Dream.
Cheapest for really bad seats are $12. Mid court 27 rows up (good seats) are $82.
Since I wouldn't go if they gave me free tickets, I can't even imagine who pays for those.

I work with some guys who love the Lynx (I work in MSP). Its insane to me. They go to games, watch everything on TV, etc.

There was a poll a few years back asking readers whether they would rather find $5 on the ground or have their local WNBA team win a championship.
There were over 1.2 million votes and 75% said they would rather find $5.

I went to a couple of Washington Mystics games last season, including one against the Minnesota Lynx with Sylvia Fowles and Seimone Augustus. I wouldn't say I support or follow them, though. I have no idea how they're even doing this year.

They're winning, and about several days ago were the last remaining unbeaten team. Not a surprise that people up there are big fans.

I somewhat follow the Dallas Wings, mainly because they play at my alma mater's new basketball arena.
