Except if you actually pay attention, you'd know that Zimmerman had no idea Martin was black. It was raining and he was wearing dark clothes, iirc.

So a Hispanic guy begins following someone he had no idea of race or age and here we are.

Black vs White - Neither of which had anything to do with the incident until the media got a hold of it.

frick the media. frick them in their stupid asses.

I'm sure there was enough light that he could see him.

quote:

Zimmerman: He's got his hand in his waistband. And he's a black male.

Dispatcher: How old would you say he looks?

Zimmerman: He's got button on his shirt, late teens.

Dispatcher: Late teens ok.

But who really cares, he's not getting convicted of Murder 2.

Based on the facts that are coming out, it's looking more and more like Trayvon was the criminal in this

Based on the facts, it's looking more and more like it can't be proved beyond a reasonable doubt that Zimmerman committed murder.

I'm not sure how you can make the leap to say Martin is a criminal based on the facts.

Based on the facts, we don't know who attacked who, is what it all comes down to.

That said, authorities suggesting that you back off isn't an order, unless there is a restraining order, Zimmerman was within his rights to pursue a suspicious looking c

Thats bullshite, follow me and see if I dont kick your arse or put my .40 caliber in your face..
you dont have the right to follow anyone because they are in your neighborhood and you deem them suspicious, which is subjective as shite. Stalking is a crime.

what the frick does suspicious mean? define that first. call the cops and be done with it.
but please yes get out of your car and confront me , asking me to identify myself and you're not a proper authority or a law officer and see who makes it out first.

Ok, and if he pulls out his gun and shoots you first, good luck proving who was the aggressor.

Wait, you actually think you'd be within you rrights to shoot a guy that does that?

You're not being serious, right?

So you'd beat up or shoot someone for asking for your name? You are so hard, bro.

im dead serious, yes in Florida i would be, because I live in Florida, you should read the statue. Stand your ground works both ways in this case. If I feel my life is in harm, I have a right to shoot, especially if he confronts me to identify or is following me.

Thats exactly what the statue says and this isnt the first case where someone has escaped prosecution by relying on this law.

but i digress, im sure you think you know what you are talking about.
