I saw an AD shirt some guy had on in a grocery store parking lot last night. It was a "Fear the brow" shirt. I live about thirty minutes from Portland fwiw. I was amazed. First AD gear I've seen anybody wear out here.

Lakers, Celtics

Historic teams with a lot of tradition and fan support. Probably the two "blue blood" NBA teams

Mavs, Warriors, or Cavs

All have enjoyed recent championships. I'm not saying they don't have good "atmospheres" but every team will have bandwagon fans and more people showing up and providing "atmosphere" when they are chasing/contending for titles.

1. the population center is pretty small.

2 there is no history of success. Jazz or Pels

so yes, the fanbase is meh.

They're also in a pretty nasty division.

How's that doing for the Warriors lately? How about the Thinder having no history at all and starting at the top?
