Just to point out, my post was just as relevant to the discussion as his.

I can't see any loss as a win.

I'm a Lebron fan. No need to put quotes around it like it's a hypothetical situation.

It is a team sport, he could score 100, but if they lose it's still a loss. He played great, his bench needs to step up. His coach needs to step up. He needs to step up because that was clearly not enough to win.

Sure he could have. He could have attacked the damn rim on the final play of regulation instead of taking a bad shot. He took a bad shot a few possessions before that where he took like a spinning one-legged fadeaway.

He is 2-3 and a Ray Allen 3 from being 1-4 in the finals and they think he compares to MJ at 6-0. So I would guess they think his statline last night alone was a huge win!

You realize he scored 16 pts in the 4th quarter of Game 6 to erase a double digit deficit, right? You realize he tied an NBA Finals record for pts in a Game 7 with 37, right?

MJ wouldn't have allowed a double digit deficit to exist in the first place

That's only because you know who never needed a game 7.

the forgotten Ray Allen foul in overtime of Game 6 on Ginobli

It wasn't in OT. It was the next possession after the Allen shot.

Manu should have been at the charity stripe with Larry on the line.

Still slightly salty--thank GAWD for the '14 run

Wrong. It was in OT. The next possession after the Allen shot was Parker going full length of the court and missing a shot from the baseline.

Thanks to his teammates. Mike was headed for a Game 7 in 92 until the Bulls bench erased a huge double digit 4th quarter deficit against the Blazers. People have a romanticized view of MJ and forget the facts.

You're saying a Jordan team never trailed by double digits in a Game 7?

ETA - or any elimination game for that matter?
