Here's how I see it:

Catholic 44 - Denham 7
Central 43 - Scotlandville 12
Live Oak 27 - Walker 13
Zachary - Alexandria ??

You're crazy if you think this game is going to be a blow out for Catholic. They ran up the score against Istrouma and McKinley and lost to STM.

You could be right, but I will stick with 44-7.

While I think/hope Live Oak wins against Walker, I think Walker will beat Zachary. They are playing motivated football right now. I guess we will see how they fare after their first setback. Geaux Jackets tomorrow night!

Dandy Don's Quote and Predictions:
"This week's picks. Last week I went 80-21 and for the season my record is 230-67.
Catholic BR 28 Denham Springs 20
Central 26 Scottlandville 7
Live Oak 21 Walker 13
Alexandria 33 Zachary 20"

I agree with his winners

What is your prediction? I tend to agree with the 44-7 version.

I agree with all the winners, but I think CAtholic will really put it on Denham. I say 6 TD's for Catholic to maybe 1 or 2 for Denham

So you think Weiner will throw the ball this week?

15-20 passses probably. They'll complete 12-13 for 150 yards.

Tonight, Live Oak should handle Walker and Central should handle Scotlandville.

Yeah but it was a much closer game then the score indicated... It was
14-7 midway through the 3rd when ds fumbled on first down inside the catholic 30. If they go in there it is tied going into 4th.

I know I know but the score was similiar. Just pointing out how folks pointing out it won't be a blowout would be correct too... Despite the final
score

I agree the game was closer than the score indicated. Turnovers and bad field postion killed Denham. They had the fumble on the 25 going in to tie the game. Also had a pick that went through the receiver's hands and into a Catholic defender's that was returned to the 6.

Yes, I'm a fan. I was at the Live Oak-Walker game and Live Oak runs a very efficient balanced offense, giving a lot of different looks. Extremely well coached team.
