I'm joking, of course. However reading the boards and listening to the media it feels like this is all over.

I understand people's issues on Miami not be able to close games in this series, but if Miami comes back to win, do we then put Dirk on the hook for not being able to close?

I'm a fan of LBJ, but wouldn't complain if Dirk and Kidd get one. I'm just glad it has been a great series.

Most of these games could of went either way and there is alot of basketball to be played. Just sayin.

They did that after both Miami wins, too. This is nothing new.

This is how people react to every game. If Miami wins game 6 it'll be over in favor of Miami.

Have you not learned how reactionary sports 'reporting' is? You're only as good or bad as your last game.

What did you expect them to do after they kept plugging for the last two days that when the series is tied 2-2 winner of game 5 has gone on to win the series 73% of the time.

Oh no doubt.

That is what is funny about a 7 game series.

The team that wins the previous game is unstoppable, while the team that lost in a tailspin.

If Miami wins Game 6, it will be a fun read, lol

this...I'm rooting hard for the Mavs...and I'm still worried. I think if the Heat win Game 6...then there's no way the Mavs win Game 7.

Yeah, but let's not forget that in a series tied 1-1, 74% of the Game 3 winners go on to win.

We have contrasting forces of percentages pulling against each other, lol.

Does anybody else hate these kind of statistics?

I agree and to hear some of the comments coming from the Mavs along the lines of 'we're treating Game 6 like its Game 7,' they agree as well.

No but LeBron was holding one like a baby during the ABC "rejoins".....why would someone touch that trophy before they actually win ONE?

"why would someone touch that trophy before they actually win ONE?"

For the same reason someone would get a tattoo of the NBA championship trophy before they win one.

that goes hand in hand with "why would one refer to himself as King, when he has no rings"

No doubt.

You can have a short term memory and realize why this series is far from over.

2010 NBA Finals. Boston up 3-2 heading back to LA.

so holding up the actual trophy and a tattoo of one are the same thing?

I find this funny. Has there ever been a time in NBA history when a 6th man has trashed talked the consensus best player in the game then still kicked his arse for the next 2 games?

The trophy tat by Terry was a pretty bold move though. I guess he could have done something more conservative though like maybe tatooing

THE CHOSEN ONE, across his entire back.

They always do that stupid shite. I'm really getting tired of it.

I avoid the radio as much as possible the day after the games.

Miami is not losing this series. This will end just like the 2010 NBA Finals. Game 6 Miami will get their mojo back and in Game 7 we will be blessed with a free throw packed basketball game where LeBron ends up on top.
