I'm assuming he would want to stay indoors so perhaps someone like Houston would look at him, or maybe Indianapolis? They could both use a return man.

maybe a team that could carry a guy just for returns. Most teams want more out of a guy. Not sure he has enough left to take the chance though.

People sign kickers that do nothing but play one position. Why not sign Hester that Can win games for them with one play?

Who cares about his age? Is he still fast? If so, then sign him as a viable return option.

You're stuck in the past. He's not that player anymore. He has 2 total PR/KR touchdowns since 2012.
