Why hasn't he? OKC season is over...

Also, 2014 schedule released and we open the year with a home series against the Yankees

I read a thing on crawfish boxes this morning as to the reasons why he won't be called up this season.

I agree with it. If we leave Springer down until June 1st of next year, we free up like an extra $10 million on the back end of his arbitration years or something along those lines. That 10 mil could be used for a big name free agent

Springer will be the starting CF on day one of next season. Lunhow has already said it. this is all about the 40 man roster and not exposing other prospects they want to keep to the rule 5 draft. has nothing to do with ARbitration eligibility

They're not waiting until June. There's nobody on the payroll now, and there won't be much more come next Spring. The team needs talent and something to make the fans excited come opening day.

If they keep him down until June, then management really is a joke.
