I was on campus w little internet all day.

I just wanted to say that I had a feeling a loss like last night would lead to a day like today.

Hinch shot himself almost in the head in post game comments last night. He said, "Honestly, we were trying to save pitching." He essentially admitted to giving the game away prior to using Musgrove, who he said he was trying to save, and eventually being forced to use Giles on a night he didn't expect to pitch.

This team will have to make the WS the hard way. It can be done, but imagine what kind of chance the Astros would have had w/o Verlander. LOL

I think it's important to mention that the WS winners all tend to have the best bullpen lately. So, we might need to temper expectations.
