There are still things left to be accomplished. By Sunday, this is what I want to see:

Pull your head out of your arse, Hinch.

None of this matters. The Indians are never going to lose again. Ever.

(reverse psychology at work here. I have been saying for 3 weeks that the Indians are going to cool off)

Maybe a real funeral for all of Carlos Beltran is in order.

Still in shock over how the Indians never lose a game in baseball. Ever. Though I think their luck will run out once the playoffs start.

If he keeps this up we might have a bizarro Celtic pride situation go on. Astros fan locks up Beltran to prevent him from playing against Boston

If the Indians go 6-3 the rest of way and finish 102-60, the Astros have to go 10-0 to finish 103-59 for home field. (CLE has tiebreaker).

So we're pretty much done for home field. But at least we'll always have memories of Carlos Beltran. Cleveland has 3 at Seattle and then home vs the Twins and White Sox. We may as well start resting guys.

Staying in front of Boston is goal. Not looking good.

If we get passed by Boston, that road trip at the end of the year is going to be extended. That's a long time to be in Boston.

With we lose the No. 2 seed to the Red Sox, just dump Hunch in the Bahstan Hahbah.

If we have a 3 game lead going into the Boston series we need to win 1 game to stay in front. Same with a 4 game lead because they own the tie break. Against us if they win that series.

Reposting this from yesterday's DAT:

I just want a straight answer from Hinch on why Beltran keeps getting regular AB's. He's shown very little all year. He has an OBP of .283.

You're worried about Beltran's feelings when he won't be here next year, how about the guy who's hit 59 homers for you the last 2 years and IS under contract for next year???

Obviously Gattis has his flaws but him in the 7-9 hole is a luxury.

You can't be worried about a backup catcher at this point, we have 4 catchers on the roster.

Thought I was going to come in here and chit chat about the Astros but alas, the same stupid frickery being repeated. Luhnow, Hunch.
