DAT 9/17 --- 2017 AL West Division Champs!!

Astros go for the sweep against the Mariners today. More importantly, a win secures the Division for the Astros.
Here's today's agenda:
12:05: Verlander takes the mound...
12:54: Ryno makes some special comments about Luhnow and Hinch due to Altuve sitting this game...
1:04: Astros score runs, DAT responds...
1:09: Baserunning mistakes will be made...
1:30: Springer will make a great play...
1:52: Reddick, Correa, Gonzalez do more Reddick, Correa, Gonzalez things...
2:43: Giles in to close out the Division winning game...
2:44: DAT responds...

Honestly if I'm altuve I'm pissed. You sit a guy that has helped you get to this point? I'm not saying we don't have a chance to win, it's just messed up for altuve.

27 is banged up. Scheduled off day before an off day. He's got some nagging. Leg stuff going on and that's why he DHd and getting 2 days off.

Need some more excitement out of you baws. First outright division title since 1999. This is a graduation present for high school kids! I was in the 5th grade last time that happened.

I had 5 beers and have been coping with the fact that our FB program is 10 years from competing for a place in the SECCG.
After taking a breath and catching my head. I am positive Altuve will be on the field if and when the game goes final as the clincher.

Given the fact that most of us are LSU and either saints or Texans fans, it's safe to say that our only hopes for anything positive in sports in the next few years will be with the Astros. Today begins the escalation of that excitement and anticipation. I'm all in!
