Peacocks pitching we might have a chance. It's not like sending dumpster fiers out there and it being over before it started

The hitting is a greater concern.

The entire team simply isn't playing good baseball.
The first half of the season, they were playing WAAAY above themselves.
The second half, they are playing WAAAAAAAY below themselves.
I'm ready for them to just play on par with their talent level. That would put them as a strong playoff contender. Maybe not a favorite, but at least a strong team.
As they are playing now -- I see them pulling a Rangers playoff run.

Correa needs to regain his power. Gattis needs to get right. We need to get back to walking more. If those things happen the offense has a great chance. Our top 2 starters are legit. I just want to see is regain swagger before October. I thought we had it back after Verlander trade. Then. Oakland happened.
I wish we had better leadership.

They can downvote me all they want. This team looks like it's content just making the playoffs.

Well, they have been managed like the regular season has been over since June so...

I wanna see Gattis keep getting AB's. Him towards the bottom of the lineup can be big. Simply no reason to keep giving Beltran regular AB's.

Watching Tyler White continue to hit while JD Davis continues to have his confidence broken is just one example and so frustrating. Sure Cleveland has literally had a historic run to pass us but hunch has poured gas on the fire.

Did they do the ALDS lottery drawing already? I thought I read that registration closed yesterday but is still open for ALCS

Can anyone confirm that game is in fact at noon Saturday? Got tickets long ago and it appears it must have been moved for Fox.

Mike Fiars suspended 5 games for throwing at Luis Valbuena during yesterday's game. Too bad it's not 5 starts

And Jake is out for 6 to 8 weeks. So pretty much until the World Series. Even then I wouldn't think it'd be likely since we've got Maybin now.
