In honor of Maldy and Dusty’s performance last night (along with the rest of the team), just maybe we can win over the 4-11, 4.51 ERA Sears. Do we give the A’s loss #100?

If we lose tonight to the worst team in baseball at home with GOATlander on the mound, we should quit the season.

I'm prepared for this.

Born and raised in Manhattan, Harvard educated. Not sure it was ever in doubt. Also, the Mets are probably more desperate at this stage.

Eta: Articles saying he grew up a Mets fan.

True. Plus I should know by now that whenever I see

…to the Astros
or
…to LSU

They’re both likely being played.

LMAO! Yeah, I guess I’ll fix that. But I think you’re probably right!

Hey man, we didn't score last night Jack. How do I fix that? Hey man I'll swap in Dubon for Brantley and leave that shitbag Yainer on the bench.

Tuve
Pena
Yed
Bregs
Tuck
Abreu
Chas
Dubon

Even when you know it's coming you hate to see it. I cannot believe Maldonado is going to be our "playoff catcher".

He’ll go 1-19 with 11 K’s and 2 HBP.

He’ll also have 3 passed balls and be 0-7 in throwing out runners.

But all of the talking heads will talk nonstop about one of his HBP.

If Abreu can't hit at home, put Diaz at first. Can't believe they're leaving that power bat on the bench.

Kind of funny/ironic how Verlander would talk about stacking up his individual wins yet starting Shitty Catcher and Shitty CF for every one of his starts tends to get in the way at that.

Great decision making FODB.

I can. The manager is not smart.

Texas is back. Or at least they're managing to beat the Jay's which they desperately needed to do. It may ultimately be better for us to hope Texas can crutch along into 2nd place. We own the tie breaker over Texas so its like having an extra game of cushion if they're the ones on our heels.
