Today's playoff odds that nobody should put much stock into but it's still exciting to look at for Astros fans

Like the lineup. Kinda wish there was a spot for Jed tonight, he's been looking good at the plate.

I think AJ is trying to avoid him playing too many days in a row to ease him back into the game

Yeah figured as much... It's not world ending though. I have faith in both Marwin and Valbuena producing.

Did he get banned or is he just enjoying some alone time?

ETA: just read the thread and saw he is having dinner with Carlos correa. Glad he's not banned... It would have been interesting to see the "for those seeking reinstatement to the site..." Responses when I requested his reinstatement.

DATs need a Ryno. Gotta have balance.

Pretty sure he'd miss it too and end up squeezing a bag of sunflower seeds.

Damn I hope last night wasn't nearly deflating to the team as it was to the datters. This is the least activity we've had in here in a long time

I'm at my sons football practice. Can't really contribute much right now.

See... That's why we need a Ryno to get everyone all fired up.

This Hunch guy must be trolling us, giving away another game to Arlington by bringing up StrAAAAily on three days rest. Why not just let Carter pitch then?

Is there a reason to bat Gomez #2? He has never been an OBP guy so I am curious? Or is it just to give him more AB?

In his best seasons the obp was still nothing amazing so I am not sure. I can't take the credit, but other DATTERS said that when Springer comes back, we believe Gomez will be in the fourth hole.

I think maybe because of speed and power threat behind Altuve.

career .315 OBP but he does have last year and previous where he topped .350 and .330 respectively.... other than that he has been a .300 OBP guy for his career it seems. I mean batting him 5th would seem more productive and higher OBP guys above him.
